Von Maur is seeking a Customer Service Department Manager to lead the store's communication hub, coach associates, and ensure high quality service. You will guide day-to-day operations, develop staff, and maintain a culture of outstanding guest service while working on-site in West Fargo.

Responsibilities

• Motivate associates to deliver excellent customer service – train, coach and lead by example
• Execute all duties of a customer service associate and ensure department duties are completed accurately and timely
• Develop service counter associate’s skills
• Assess associate performance and provide feedback to improve the quality of customer service and Von Maur store services
• Develop and implement solutions to solve customer problems and department needs
• Monitors and supports store online order and pick up in store services
• Be available to work on-site during day, evening, and weekend shifts
