Minimum Requirements

• Valid driver's license
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Annual passing of a DOT-regulated medical exam
• Good driving record
• Ability to operate a delivery van and handheld tablet device
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. with or without reasonable accommodation
• At least 21 years old
• Chauffeur's license may be required in some states

Preferred Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• Customer service experience
• Delivery driver experience

5. Ensure timely delivery and good condition of orders, resolving issues as needed.
6. Communicate with customers about delivery status and issues, adhering to standards.
7. Keep accurate records of deliveries.
8. Assist fellow drivers when encountering difficulties.
9. Monitor and record temperatures of goods to comply with food safety regulations.
10. Handle products safely, report breakages or contamination.
11. Perform pre-inspections of the vehicle and report defects.
12. Operate technology devices for mapping and customer interaction.
13. Perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation.
