Shift Requirements

• Hours: 11am - 9pm, 7 days a week; days off rotate between weekdays and weekends.
• Base pay: $19.00/hour
• Performance-based increase: $0.50 every 3 months
• Role: Deliver memorable customer experiences, assist with vending machines, and provide seamless car delivery.

Responsibilities

• Deliver vehicles directly to customers using our car haulers (no commercial license required; training provided).
• Load/unload vehicles and inspect the vehicle and hauler for safety.
• Complete customer paperwork and update tracking systems.
• Drive safely, maintaining a clean driving record.
• Obtain necessary licenses (e.g., Notary, Chauffeur's, Vehicle Verifier) within specified timeframes, sponsored by Carvana.

Qualifications

• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks and work in various weather conditions.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Proficiency in English (reading, writing, speaking).
• Physical ability to lift 50 lbs., reach, kneel, crouch, climb, and balance.
• Excellent visual acuity and manual dexterity for driving.
