Job summary

FiveStar is hiring Customer Service Representatives to join our deli and retail team. You will greet customers, handle transactions, keep the store stocked and clean, and promote FiveStar specials.

The role requires flexibility across shifts, strong interpersonal skills, and basic computer abilities to process sales. You will work with teammates to ensure fast, accurate service and a welcoming shopping experience.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet, thank, make eye contact and engage with customers to create a welcoming environment.
• Complete fast-paced, accurate sales transactions on a register and correct mistakes.
• Prepare quality deli items using standard equipment and follow safety guidelines.
• Maintain PAR levels in the deli (cold and hot).
• Promote FiveStar specials through informing customers and suggestive selling.
• Clean and merchandise sales areas to ensure products are visually appealing and available.
• Clean floors, restrooms, parking lots, and surrounding areas.
• Follow safe working habits and company safety rules.
• Comply with local, state, and federal laws and company policies.
