Job summary

FiveStar is hiring a Customer Service Representative to greet customers, handle sales at the register, and keep the deli area clean and well stocked.

You will operate food service equipment, follow safety guidelines, and promote daily specials while delivering friendly, efficient service.

This role requires flexibility to work morning, afternoon, or overnight shifts, including weekends and holidays, in a fast-paced retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide FiveStar service to create a welcoming experience.
• Process fast, accurate sales transactions on a register.
• Prepare quality food using deli equipment and follow safety standards.
• Maintain PAR levels in the Deli (Cold and Hot).
• Promote specials through informing customers and suggestive selling.
• Clean and merchandise sales areas to keep products visually appealing.
• Clean floors, restrooms, parking lots, and other areas.
• Follow safety rules and comply with laws and company policies.
