Job summary

FiveStar is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our deli and sales floor team. You will greet customers, conduct transactions on a register, and ensure the store is clean and well stocked in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include preparing food according to FiveStar guidelines, maintaining PAR levels, upselling specials, and complying with safety rules and all laws. This role requires flexibility across a.m./p.m/overnight shifts and weekend availability.

Responsibilities

• Provide FiveStar customer service by greeting, thanking, making eye contact, and engaging with customers.
• Complete fast paced, accurate sales transactions on a register and account for mistakes.
• Prepare quality food using food service equipment according to FiveStar guidelines.
• Maintain PAR levels in the Deli (Cold and Hot).
• Promote FiveStar specials by informing customers and suggestive selling.
• Clean and merchandise sales areas to keep products visually appealing.
• Clean floors, restrooms, parking lots, and areas around the store.
• Practice safe working habits and comply with local, state, and federal laws.
• Follow all company policies as outlined in the FiveStar handbook.
