Job summary

JSAN Consulting LTD. is seeking onsite Customer Service Data Collection professionals for fixed-term studies across Atlanta, Sacramento, and San Diego. Roles run July 15, 2026 to September 30, 2026, with no sponsorship or employee transfer.

Candidates with backgrounds in psychology, HCI, or related fields are encouraged. You will support participant-based research, guide participants through data collection activities, and help maintain labs and equipment while collaborating with User Research

About This Role

We are looking for enthusiastic, customer-focused professionals to support participant-based research studies and user testing initiatives. These are onsite, fixed-term roles across multiple US locations: Atlanta, GA (15th July 2026 to 30th September 2026), Sacramento, CA (15th July 2026 to 30th September 2026), and San Diego, CA (1st July 2026 to 31st July 2026). Please note: no sponsorship support is provided, and there is no employee transfership. Backgrounds in Psychology, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Human Factors, Communications, Anthropology, Market Research, or related fields are highly encouraged to apply.

Requirements

• Assist in executing user testing and participant research studies
• Guide participants through data collection activities and ensure an exceptional experience
• Record and report participant experiences and research data
• Maintain research labs and equipment
• Support participant recruitment activities
• Assist User Research teams with day-to-day operations

Qualifications

• 2+ years of Customer Service experience
• 2+ years of Market Research experience
• 2+ years of participant-based research study experience (Required)
• Strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills
• Comfortable working with computers, prototypes, and technology
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Backgrounds in Psychology, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Human Factors, Communications, Anthropology, Market Research, or related fields are highly encouraged
