The Customer Service Coordinator’s primary responsibility is to coordinate the scheduling and presentation of APCO Institute education and training programs, courses and offerings.

General Description of Essential Job Tasks:
The following are general descriptions of the essential job tasks of the position. Other related tasks may be assigned as necessary and appropriate.
- Coordinate APCO Institute course offerings
- Schedule and contract APCO Institute adjunct training instructors based on offering and instructor availability.
- Process registrations, obtain payment information and forward all payment and billing requests to the accounting department
- Update and maintain records of online training course activities
- Respond to customer inquiries by telephone, fax, mail and email.
- Create, distribute and collect customer service surveys for educational programs and courses
- Updates and maintains databases as required
- Maintain electronic files, records and archives of department activities and affiliated Committees, Taskforces, Workgroups, as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Preferred two years’ clerical, administrative, or customer service experience
