Job Summary

Caliber Collision has an immediate opening for a Customer Service Consultant. Responsibilities include greeting customers, determining their needs, providing guidance, assisting collision estimators with vehicle drop-offs, mapping, photographing vehicles, arranging transportation, preparing paperwork, and ensuring effective communication with customers, vendors, and team members to facilitate correct and efficient repairs.
