In this position as Customer Service Consultant (m/f/d), you will be the first point of contact for various customer enquiries, whether by phone, email or chat.

Start June 2025 | full or part-time (35-40 hours per week) | 100% home office | Serbian, English and German | inbound | permanent

What you will do in this role

As an Customer Service Consultant (m/f/d) in our team you will:

  • Be in daily contact with various customers of the pharmaceutical industry and support them with all service requests around pharmaceutical products.
  • Handle customer enquiries and requests and respond to them according to need and situation.
  • Communicate with customers via different channels (e.g., phone, mail, or chat) to ensure an optimal customer experience.
  • Document the interaction in the customer database once the customer is satisfied.

Your qualifications

Concentrix is a great match if you:

  • Are proficient or bilingual in Serbian in speech and writing.
  • Have good German and good English skills in speech and writing.
  • You are service-oriented and communicative, able to meet customers at eye level in a friendly and pleasant manner.
  • Can flexibly cover service hours using a rotating multi-shift system.
  • Are confident in using a PC.
  • Are a German resident. Applicants from Hesse, Saarland, and Hamburg cannot be considered.
  • Can fulfill the requirements for a remote workplace.

Ideally, you already have:

  • Experience in customer service.
  • Knowledge in medicine, nursing, or healthcare.
  • Medical training.
