Caliber Collision in Bowling Green, OH is seeking a Customer Service Consultant to warmly greet customers and determine their needs, providing guidance to ensure smooth repairs. You will support estimators with drop-offs, vehicle mapping/photography, and arranging transportation while managing paperwork and deliveries.

Qualified candidates have 2+ years of customer-facing experience, a valid driver's license, and the ability to follow SOPs and industry guidelines in a fast-paced environment.

• 2+ years of customer facing experience; sales experience a plus.
• Must have a valid driver's license and be eligible for coverage under our company insurance policy

Responsabilidades

• Greet customers in person or on the phone and determine their needs.
• Provide guidance and assistance to customers as required to facilitate repairs.
• Assist Collision Estimators by handling drop-offs, mapping/marking and photographing vehicles.
• Arrange customer transportation and prepare paperwork for service delivery.
• Perform active customer deliveries while communicating with customers, teammates and vendors to ensure correct repairs.
• Adhere to Caliber's Standard Operating Procedures, insurance partners and industry guidelines.

Caliber Collision has an immediate job opening for a Customer Service Consultant to perform all-purpose duties, which may include, but not limited to properly greeting customers in person or on the phone, determine their needs, and immediately respond by providing guidance and assistance as required, assisting Collision Estimators by handling drop-offs, mapping/marking and photographing vehicles, arranging customer transportation, preparing paperwork and performing active customer deliveries while effectively communicating with customers, clients, teammates and vendors to ensure correct and efficient repairs while adhering to all Caliber's Standard Operating Procedures, insurance partners and industry guidelines/standards.

REQUIREMENTS:

• 2+ years of customer facing experience; sales experience a plus

ABILITIES/SKILLS/KNOWLEDGE

• Ability to do consistent physical activity - reach below and above shoulder level, kneeling, bending, and squatting, and lifting objects over 50 lbs.
