You will handle high call volumes, build relationships to retain accounts, assist with scheduling, light invoicing, and participate in a commission program. Schedule is day shift, Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM.

What You’ll Do

As a Customer Service & Collections Representative, your day will center around phone-based customer interactions - helping current clients, welcoming new ones, and offering the services they need. Your success is measured by how well you build relationships, retain accounts, and help customers discover the right services.

Your Core Responsibilities

• Handle high call volumes - confidently manage a steady stream of inbound and outbound customer calls.
• Engage in consultative selling - identify customer needs and match them with the right pest control services.
• Build strong customer relationships - earn trust, increase retention, and promote loyalty.
