Job summary

Terminix Service, Inc. in Aiken, SC is hiring a Customer Service & Collections Representative for our Sales & Service team. The role centers on phone-based client interactions, welcoming new customers, and offering pest control services that fit their needs.

You will handle high call volumes, build relationships to retain accounts, assist with scheduling, light invoicing, and participate in a commission program. Schedule is day shift, Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM.

Qualifications

• Phone-based customer service or call center experience.
• Experience in sales, customer service, or call center environments.
• Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Handle high call volumes - manage inbound and outbound calls.
• Engage in consultative selling - identify needs and match to services.
• Build strong customer relationships - retain accounts and promote loyalty.
• Grow the business - assist with upselling, cross-selling, and new customer acquisition.
• Solve problems on the spot - address questions or concerns with timely solutions.
• Support the team - assist with scheduling or processing transactions as needed.
• Inbound and outbound calls - scheduling services, handling collections, etc.
• Minimal administrative responsibilities - light invoicing and payments processing.
