We, at Leggett Dynamics, are searching for a Customer Service Clerk (m/f/d) within our Branch Customer Serviceteam to help support our Automotivebusiness. That’s right! Our automotive products fall into four primary groups: Seating and Lumbar support, Motors, Actuators and Massage Systems. As a Customer Service Clerk (m/f/d), you will play a key role in ensuring excellent customer service and the smooth coordination of customer demand and supply activities. Your contributions will have a direct impact on the business by maintaining high service levels, strengthening customer intimacy, and supporting efficient supply chain operations. The team you will be working with is a collaborative group of customer service, manufacturing, sales, and operations professionals focused on delivering outstanding customer satisfaction.

Additionally, you’ll:

• Build and maintain strong customer relationships, acting as the primary contact for supply-related matters
• Monitor demand changes and gather customer insights to support accurate planning
• Resolve order, delivery, returns, packaging, and supply issues to ensure high service levels and customer satisfaction
• Manage customer data exchange, supplier portals, and demand communication, ensuring accurate ERP planning
• Coordinate customer-specific supply requirements and packaging approvals
• Escalate and communicate supply risks in a timely manner.
• Promote a safety-first culture and maintain a safe working environment

To be successful in this role, you’ll need:

• Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management or Business Administration
• 2-3 years of relevant experience in similar role
• E xperience in production area
• Very good communication skills on all levels, especially towards customers, and an accurate working style
• Very good coordination skills between internal capacities and customer needs
• Working knowledge of MS Office and ERP systems
• Language skills: Dutch + English fluently (French/German/Spanish are a plus)
