Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• One year related experience and/or training.
• Able to read and comprehend simple instructions and write simple correspondence.
• Capable of presenting information clearly in one-on-one and small group settings.
• Comfort with basic math and handling money/weights.

Responsabilités

• Enter orders for all SFG facilities.
• Communicate order issues to Sales Rep/Brokers and resolve price/credit concerns.
• Transmit daily shortage information to customers and brokers.
• Coordinate holiday delivery schedules with customers/brokers.
• Assist in departmental tasks during vacations or vacancies.
• Ensure appointment times meet customer demands.
• Handle will calls, special orders, and processing.
• Enter credit notes in SOP.
