Description

Position Objective: To assist customers in their shopping experience by providing the most efficient and courteous customer service possible.

Reporting Structure: This position reports to the Office Manager.

Status: Non-exempt position.

Knowledge

Essential:

• A liquor license must be obtained prior to the first day of work (if applicable).
• Completion of ongoing training as per Cosentino’s Learning Plan.

Non-Essential: High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Skills

Essential Job Functions:

• Implement Casentino Customer Service Standards.
• Provide team members with necessary information (policy updates, merchandise, sales).
• Be knowledgeable about products to answer customer questions accurately and courteously.
• Operate, clean, and maintain equipment safely.
• Meet or exceed productivity standards.
• Maintain a clean and professional front end appearance.
• Handle returns, exchanges, and price adjustments courteously and efficiently.
• Monitor front end activity and adjust to customer needs.
• Assist cashiers as needed to ensure a friendly customer experience.
