Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, professional guest service and resolve questions or concerns efficiently.
• Count drawers, prepare deposits, verify cash balances, and maintain accurate records in cash office.
• Ensure cash handling procedures are followed to support accuracy, security, and compliance.
• Operate cash registers to process transactions across cash, credit, and digital payments.
• Scan items, verify pricing, and maintain accurate totals with efficient checkout speed.
• Provide change, issue receipts, and handle returns or exchanges per company policies.
• Assist front-end operations including register support, bagging, and organized checkout areas.
• Maintain organization and security of cash, safe, and cash office areas.
• Report discrepancies, shortages, or overages promptly.
• Communicate with leadership and teammates regarding cash flow and operational needs.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Follow policies, loss prevention practices, and safety standards.
• Collaborate with teammates across departments to support store operations and guest satisfaction.
• Remain productive during slower periods by assisting with front-end or administrative tasks.
