SBM is hiring a Customer Service Representative to support maintenance and cleanliness across multiple sites in San Diego. The role requires driving to various locations and performing routine cleaning tasks with attention to safety and efficiency.

Ideal candidates have 3–6 months of related experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to work in a team while following established procedures. A valid driver's license may be required.

Qualifications

• No formal education required or 3–6 months training/experience preferred.
• Forklift certification may be required depending on location and business needs.
• Bilingual abilities are a plus and beneficial for handling diverse customers.

Responsibilities

• Perform janitorial duties in assigned areas.
• Operate motorized cleaning equipment and follow daily schedule.
• Maintain clean and safe work areas; report incidents to supervisor.
