Job summary

Floor & Decor Holdings Inc. is seeking a Cashier (Customer Service Associate) in Wisconsin. You will be the first and last interaction for customers, greeting them, assisting with projects, processing purchases at the POS, handling returns, and ensuring an exceptional shopping experience.

Positions available include both full-time and part-time roles. Requirements include being 18+, basic math skills, and prior customer service experience. Travel to other stores for support may be required.

Responsibilities

• Greet every customer in a helpful and courteous manner.
• Connect with customers, ask about their projects, recommend our products and excite customers about their purchase.
• Provide above and beyond customer service and exceed customer expectations.
• Process customers at checkout using the point of sale (POS) system.
• Process customer refunds and exchanges according to established guidelines.
• Open and close registers.
• Stock, tag and display merchandise as required.
