Qualifications

• Six months cashier experience to work at Customer Service Desk.
• Knowledge of store policies and procedures.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work weekends and overtime as needed.

Responsabilités

• Deliver excellent customer service and operate the point-of-sale system.
• Perform cashier duties: open/close register, process transactions, bag merchandise, and handle money drops.
• Maintain price discrepancy logs and keep the checkstand clean.
• Answer telephones and support the Customer Service Desk with refunds, exchanges, and gift cards.
• Provide lottery service where applicable and manage faxes and lost-and-found.
