Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED (or equivalent).
• Six months cashier experience for Customer Service Desk.
• Must be 18 years old (19 in select states) and able to pass a drug test.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers and process sales at the checkout area.
• Open/close register and complete tender transactions.
• Maintain cleanliness of the checkstand area and handle price discrepancies.
• Provide refunds, exchanges, money orders, bill pay, and gift cards.
• Operate lottery service and issue licenses where permitted.
• Respond to POS activations and ensure security tags are deactivated when needed.
• Open/close the Customer Service Desk and support store accounting tasks.
• Deliver excellent customer service and uphold company policies.
