Job summary

Smart & Final, part of Chedraui USA, is hiring a Service Clerk at 442 N. Las Vegas. Starting rate $15.00/hour. You will greet customers, assist with purchases, stock shelves, and help load groceries into vehicles.

The role emphasizes safety, teamwork, and community service. Candidates should be able to lift up to 60 pounds and communicate in English. Familiarity with basic PC/Outlook is a plus; prior retail experience is helpful.

Qualifications

• Read and write English and interact with customers and co-workers.
• Able to lift and move up to 60 pounds occasionally.
• Basic familiarity with computers/Outlook preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collect and organize shopping carts inside the store and in the parking lot.
• Assist customers with loading of merchandise into carts and vehicles.
• Check retail prices on shelves for check stand personnel.
• Return mis-shelved or go-back items to proper shelves and face merchandise as needed.
• Monitor cleanliness of store entrance and restrooms; sweep, mop and maintain cleanliness.
• Maintain store appearance and safety throughout the day.
