NOW HIRING!! A-Line is seeking dedicated, customer-focused individuals to join our team as Contact Center Specialists in Pittsburgh, PA. As a Contact Center Specialist, you’ll have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact by delivering outstanding service and solutions to our customers. Our best colleagues have a customer-first mentality, handling a variety of incoming customer inquiries, building positive relationships, and helping improve their banking experiences.

Job Title: Contact Center Specialist
Location: Pittsburgh, PA (Training On-site for 2-4 Weeks, Hybrid after Training. In-office required on Mondays and Tuesdays)
Pay: $20/hour
Work Schedule: Various 1st and 2nd Shift Schedules – All shifts will include working 1 weekend day, with the ability to work holidays.

  • Training is 10 Weeks long – 8a-430p
  • After Training: Assigned a schedule between 7a-10pm

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Handle a variety of incoming customer calls to provide high-quality solutions and excellent service.
  • Assist customers in improving their banking experience by recommending relevant products and services.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships with a focus on meeting customer needs.
  • Participate in paid, extensive training to develop expertise and handle increasingly complex customer inquiries.
  • Provide support in a fast-paced, high-volume environment, with scheduled breaks throughout your day.
