  • Candidates can be assigned to shifts: 12:30-9:00pm, 1:30-10:00pm, 2:30-11:00pm, or 3:30pm-12:00am.
  • Shift selection is not available; candidates must be available for 2nd and 3rd shifts and at least one weekend day.

Job Overview:

Seeking a skilled Customer Service Representative with call center experience to join a leading US security company. This is a fully remote position open to residents of Indianapolis, IN; Newport, KY; Cincinnati, OH; and Jacksonville, FL.

Responsibilities include:

  • Answering calls from potential and existing customers, determining call reasons, and transferring to appropriate departments.
  • Handling 200+ calls daily.
  • Providing excellent communication and customer service.
  • Using computer applications effectively.

Equipment Requirements:

  • Own equipment including a computer, monitor, headset, and internet connection (wired Ethernet, not Wi-Fi).
  • Minimum internet speed: 25 Mbps upload/download.
  • Computer specs: Windows 10, Core i3 or higher processor, 16GB RAM.

Training & Performance:

  • Training: Monday-Friday, 12:30 PM - 8:00 PM.
  • Performance metrics: Schedule adherence 95%+, ACW < 4 seconds, regular call audits.

Screening & Attendance:

  • Complete screenings and drug tests within 48 hours of offer.
  • No absences allowed in the first 6 weeks.
