Job summary

Kelly Services in Naperville, IL is hiring temporary-to-hire Onsite Contact Center Sales Representatives. This role is 100% in-office and offers a starting pay of $17.25 per hour, rising to $18.25 per hour plus commissions after training, with a Monday–Friday shift.

You will engage customers by phone and online to promote home warranty and energy products, make outbound calls, and document activity in the CRM.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in customer service or sales, preferably in a contact center.
• Proven ability to upsell and meet/exceed targets.
• Excellent verbal, written, and digital communication.
• Experience with CRM tools such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
• Able to train first weeks and work a Monday–Friday schedule.

Call Center / Customer Service Representatives needed in Naperville, Illinois

Temporary to Hire job opportunity!

Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation: $17.25/hour to start (will increase to $18.25/hr. + commission following training)

This role is 100% in-office in Naperville, IL.

Shift: Monday-Friday (10:30am-7:00pm). MUST be able to train Monday-Friday (8:00am-4:30pm) for the first 5 weeks.
