• Keep track of customer accounts and update records as necessary.
• Create records of customer interactions and follow up to answer all questions.
• Answer incoming calls on product and service questions, complaints, and inquiries.

• Must have graduated high school, received a G.E.D. or equivalent
• Must possess exemplary interpersonal skills, communication skills, and active listening skills
• Strong knowledge of customer interface and interaction

Compensation

$28,000 - $31,200

"Where Quality is a Tradition," Street Toyota in Amarillo, Texas, was established in 1983. It is a 58,000-square-foot facility on 9 acres located at 45th and Soncy. This is a state-of-the-art facility, and the customer's comfort has been emphasized from the ample parking to the gourmet coffee.
