Responsibilities

• Keep customer satisfaction levels high by providing accurate information.
• Explain rental responsibilities, if necessary.
• Ensure the newest service and product knowledge.
• Utilize scripts to handle difficult customer situations and escalate when needed.
• Communicate frequent customer suggestions to troubleshoot with the team.
• Keep track of customer accounts and update records as necessary.
• Create records of customer interactions and follow up to answer all questions.
• Answer incoming calls on product and service questions, complaints, and inquiries.
