Job summary

Arxada, based in Morristown, NJ, seeks a Customer Service Business Partner to manage orders end-to-end, serving as the primary contact for customers and internal teams. You will drive on-time delivery by coordinating across supply chain, logistics and commercial functions, and resolve inquiries promptly.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in customer service or supply chain, strong SAP and Excel skills, and excellent communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 5+ years in Customer Service, Logistics, or Supply Chain with at least 1 year in Order Management.
• Experience in order-to-cash or order fulfillment in manufacturing/industrial environments is preferred.
• Strong SAP experience and Excel proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer orders from entry through delivery and invoicing.

Acting as a trusted partner, you will collaborate across functions including supply chain, logistics, and commercial teams to drive operational excellence and customer satisfaction.

Essential Job Functions:

Act as the primary Customer Service contact for customers and internal stakeholders.

Manage customer orders from entry through delivery and inviocing.

Coordinate with Commercial, Supply Chain, Logistics, and Operations teams to ensure on-time delivery.

Qualifications & Experience:

Bachelor’s degree preferred in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field.

Minimum of 5+ years of experience in Customer Service, Logistics, or Supply Chain, including at least 1 year in Order Management.

Experience managing the full order-to-cash or order fulfillment process in a manufacturing, chemical, or industrial environment preferred.

Strong SAP experience and proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.

Fluent in English with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Demonstrated ability to build effective relationships with customers and collaborate across multiple business functions.

Strong communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.

Ability to proactively identify issues, manage competing priorities, and drive timely resolution of customer and supply chain challenges.

The expected salary range for this role is $55,000 to $71,000, but specific employee compensation may vary depending on factors including experience, education, training, licensure, certification, location and other job-related, non-discriminatory factors permitted by law.
This role is also eligible to earn a short-term incentive bonus and the following benefits: 401(k) plan, medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance, paid time off, paid holidays and paid sick leave.
