Job summary

Horizon Farm Credit, ACA in Frederick, MD is seeking a Customer Services Specialist to join our team. You will provide account information in person, over the phone, and via email, and support the local branch with a variety of clerical duties.

The role includes processing payments and deposits, loan servicing tasks, report preparation, and CRM support. A customer-service oriented candidate with strong organization and communication skills is preferred.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience preferred or training/experience in the banking or finance industry.
• 2-5+ years of related work experience is preferred.
• Experience working in a fast-paced environment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer service inquiries in person, by phone, and by email.
• Process payments and deposits and disburse loan funds accurately.
• Assist with loan servicing tasks including printing and mailing loan packages and scanning documents.
• Prepare reports and assist with CRM-related tasks.
• Support branch administrative duties and general office tasks.
