Job summary

PGW New Branding is seeking a customer service oriented associate to assist with paint orders, look up formulas, and mix paints per specifications. You will schedule automobile glass repair or replacement via phone, email, and walk-ins.

Responsibilities include handling price quotes, performing call center tasks, and maintaining open communication with customers. Knowledge of automotive products and eCommerce familiarity is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school degree or equivalent.
• Automotive knowledge preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Strong customer relations skills.
• Ability to work well with others and handle interruptions.

Responsibilities

• Assist with customer paint orders, look up formulas, and mix the paint based on the formula.
• Coordinate repair or replacement scheduling for automobile glass via phone, email and walk-in.
• Handle price quotes via phone and email.
• Provide quality customer service in call center functions.
• Maintain constant communication with customers.

Job description

• A ssist with customer paint orders, look up formulas, and mix the paint based on the formula.
• Work with customers to schedule repair or replacement of automobile glass via phone, email and walk in.
• Handle phone and emails from customers pertaining to price quotes
• Call center functions to provide quality customer service
• Ensure the company establishes and maintains constant communication with customers.
• Knowledgeable on all aspects of product inventory, which may include, data entry,
  cancellations, credits, invoicing, and/or customer service inquiries.
• Generate sales/buys from online leads
• May require an understanding of eBay and eCommerce sites
• Assume other duties as assigned.

Education & Experience

• High school degree or equivalent.

• Automotive knowledge

• Must have good written and verbal communication skills.
• Must have good customer relations skills.
• Ability to work well with others.
• Must have the ability to work under conditions of frequent interruptions.

Essential Physical Demands/Work Environment
