Job summary

AVI Foodsystems is looking for a friendly and hardworking Customer Service Attendant to join our team. The position offers a Monday–Friday schedule from 7am to 1pm, with stable hours and a supportive environment.

You will receive and organize deliveries, stock shelves and displays, monitor inventory, and deliver professional service to clients while ensuring food safety and sanitation standards are upheld. We value teamwork, clear communication, and a positive attitude, with full-time benefits

Qualifications

• Outgoing personality and ability to promote products.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent organization and time management.
• Ability to speak effectively to customers and employees.
• Ability to perform calculations in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.

Responsibilities

• Receive and organize deliveries of merchandise, including soft drinks, bakery products, snacks, specialty foods and other foodservice products at client locations.
• Merchandise products according to established standards, ensuring shelves, coolers, vending machines and/or market displays and designated product areas are fully stocked, organized and visually appealing.
• Rotate merchandise and remove expired, damaged or stale products.
• Ensure refrigerated and perishable products are properly stored and maintained.
• Maintain attractive, clean and organized product displays and merchandising areas.
• Monitor product assortment and communicate inventory needs, shortages and customer preferences.
• Provide friendly, professional customer service and maintain positive client relationships.
• Follow all food safety, sanitation and merchandising standards.
