Job summary

AVI Foodsystems is seeking a friendly Customer Service Attendant to join our team in Massillon, OH. The schedule is Monday–Friday from 7am to 1pm, with opportunities to grow within a family-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Receive and organize deliveries at client locations.
• Merchandise products according to standards and keep displays stocked.
• Rotate merchandise and remove expired products.
• Ensure proper storage of refrigerated and perishable items.
• Maintain attractive product displays and merchandising areas.
• Monitor stock levels and communicate inventory needs.
• Provide friendly, professional customer service and build client relationships.
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and merchandising standards.

AVI Foodsystems is looking for a friendly and hard-working team member to fill the role of Customer Service Attendant. The schedule for this position is Monday-Friday from 7am-1pm.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Receive and organize deliveries of merchandise, including soft drinks, bakery products, snacks, specialty foods and other foodservice products at client locations.
• Merchandise products according to established standards, ensuring shelves, coolers, vending machines and/or market displays and designated product areas are fully stocked, organized and visually appealing.
• Rotate merchandise and remove expired, damaged or stale products.
• Ensure refrigerated and perishable products are properly stored and maintained.
• Maintain attractive, clean and organized product displays and merchandising areas.
• Monitor product assortment and communicate inventory needs, shortages and customer preferences.
• Provide friendly, professional customer service and maintain positive client relationships.
• Follow all food safety, sanitation and merchandising standards.
