Responsibilities

• Process register transactions and manage cash, including round-up donations (40% target).
• Engage customers using greet-focus-approach at the register and during shopping.
• Cross-train as Donation-Utility Associate and Barcoder for growth.
• Perform opening and closing procedures as needed.
• Stock and maintain sales floor with newly processed merchandise.
• Maintain clean and organized store and dressing rooms.
• Identify prices using markings or with supervisor assistance.
• Operate store systems and make regular announcements.
• Maintain interior and exterior cleanliness of the store.
