Responsibilities

• Model and deliver a distinctive and delightful customer experience.
• Register sales on assigned cash register, provide courteous, fair, friendly, and efficient checkout service.
• Engage customers and patients by greeting them and offering assistance with products and services.
• Resolve customer issues and answer questions to ensure a positive experience.
• Share customer service best practices with team members, including interpersonal habits and Walgreens service traits.
• Provide fast, friendly service; recommend items; handle transactions and returns; maintain store cleanliness and organization.
• Assist with inventory, displays, and store maintenance.
• Handle photo services, web pick-up orders, and ensure compliance with policies.
• Attend training and complete required personal development activities.

Qualifications

• Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English (except in Puerto Rico).
• Willing to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

Preferred Experience

• Six months in retail preferred.
• Prior Walgreens experience preferred.
