2. Registers sales on assigned cash register, provides courteous, fair, friendly, and efficient checkout service.
3. Engages customers and patients by greeting them and offering assistance with products and services.
4. Resolves customer issues and answers questions to ensure a positive experience.
5. Models and shares customer service best practices with all team members.
6. Provides fast, friendly, and efficient service, recommends items, and manages transactions including returns and refunds.
7. Keeps the store clean, well merchandised, and maintains inventory records.
8. Implements asset protection procedures and complies with legal regulations.
9. Builds displays, assists with product placement, and manages stock rotation.
10. Provides services in the photo area and handles web order pickups.
11. Maintains store appearance and adheres to company policies.
12. Completes training and other tasks as assigned.
