Responsibilities include:
- Models and delivers a distinctive and delightful customer experience.
- Registers sales on assigned cash register, provides courteous, fair, friendly, and efficient checkout service.
Customer Experience
- Engages customers and patients by greeting them and offering assistance with products and services. Resolves customer issues and answers questions to ensure a positive experience.
- Shares customer service best practices with team members, including interpersonal habits and Walgreens service traits.
Operations
- Provides courteous, friendly, fast, and efficient service.
- Recommends items and suggests trade-up or complementary products.
- Handles transactions, including voids, returns, refunds, and exchanges.
- Maintains store cleanliness, inventory, and displays.
- Implements asset protection procedures.
- Ensures compliance with laws regarding regulated products.
- Assists with food separation, stock rotation, and store maintenance.
- Provides photo services and web order fulfillment.
- Adheres to company policies and maintains respectful relationships.
Training & Personal Development
- Attends training sessions and completes required PPLs.
Minimum Qualifications
- Fluent in English (except Puerto Rico).
- Willing to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
Preferred Qualifications
- Six months retail experience preferred.
- Prior Walgreens experience preferred.
