Responsibilities
- Customer Experience
- Engage customers and patients by greeting them and offering assistance with products and services.
- Resolve customer issues and answer questions to ensure a positive customer experience.
- Share customer service best practices with team members, including interpersonal habits and Walgreens service traits.
- Operations
- Provide courteous, friendly, fast, and efficient service.
- Recommend items for sale and suggestive selling.
- Handle cash register operations, including transactions, returns, and refunds.
- Maintain store cleanliness, merchandise displays, and inventory records.
- Implement asset protection procedures and ensure compliance with laws regarding regulated products.
- Assist with store displays, product placement, and stock rotation.
- Operate store systems and equipment.
- Provide photo area services and web pick-up responsibilities.
- Assist with store maintenance and uphold company policies.
- Complete assigned tasks and special projects.
- Training & Personal Development
- Attend training sessions and complete required learning programs.
- Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English (except in Puerto Rico).
- Willing to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
- Prefer candidates with retail experience and prior Walgreens experience.
