Responsibilities
- Model and deliver a distinctive and delightful customer experience.
- Register sales on assigned cash register, provide courteous, fair, friendly, and efficient checkout service.
- Engage customers and patients by greeting them and offering assistance with products and services. Resolve customer issues and answer questions to ensure a positive experience.
- Share customer service best practices with team members, including interpersonal habits and Walgreens service traits.
- Provide fast, friendly service, recommend items, and process transactions including returns, refunds, and exchanges.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of counters and shelves, take inventory, and ensure proper product placement and rotation.
- Implement asset protection procedures and ensure compliance with laws regarding regulated products.
- Construct and maintain displays, assist with store resets, and support store maintenance and appearance.
- Provide photo services, monitor web orders, and assist with store systems and equipment.
- Follow company policies, maintain respectful relationships, and complete assigned tasks and training.
Qualifications
- Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English (except in Puerto Rico).
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
- Prefer six months of retail experience and prior Walgreens experience.
Additional Information
- Position is full-time with a pay range of $15 - $17.50 per hour.
