Responsibilities include:
- Modeling and delivering a distinctive and delightful customer experience.
- Registering sales on the assigned cash register and providing courteous, fair, friendly, and efficient checkout service.
Customer Experience
- Engage customers and patients by greeting them and offering assistance, resolving issues, and answering questions to ensure a positive experience.
- Share customer service best practices with team members, including interpersonal habits and Walgreens service traits.
Operations
- Provide courteous, friendly, fast, and efficient service.
- Recommend items and suggestive sell.
- Handle transactions, refunds, and exchanges accurately.
- Maintain store cleanliness, organize merchandise, and conduct inventory.
- Implement asset protection procedures and ensure compliance with laws.
- Construct and maintain displays, assist with food and product placement, and restock items.
- Operate store systems and equipment, provide photo services, and fulfill web pickup orders.
- Assist with store maintenance and uphold company policies and respectful relationships.
- Complete assigned tasks and special projects.
Training & Personal Development
- Attend training sessions and complete required PPLs.
- Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English (except in Puerto Rico).
- Willing to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
- Prefer six months of retail experience and prior Walgreens experience.

Compensation ranges from $15 to $17.50 per hour, based on various factors.
