Responsibilities include:

1. Modeling and delivering a distinctive and delightful customer experience.
2. Registering sales on assigned cash register, providing courteous, fair, friendly, and efficient checkout service.
3. Engaging customers and patients by greeting them and offering assistance with products and services.
4. Resolving customer issues and answering questions to ensure a positive experience.
5. Recommending items for sale, including trade-up and/or companion items.
6. Processing transactions, including voids, returns, rain checks, refunds, and exchanges.
7. Maintaining store cleanliness, merchandising, inventory, and records.

9. Constructing and maintaining displays and assisting with stock rotation and product placement.

13. Working flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
14. Having at least six months of retail experience and prior Walgreens experience preferred.
