Responsibilities

1. Model and deliver a distinctive and delightful customer experience.
2. Register sales on assigned cash register, provide courteous, fair, friendly, and efficient checkout service.
3. Engage customers and patients by greeting them, assisting with products and services, resolving issues, and answering questions.
4. Share customer service best practices with team members, including interpersonal habits and Walgreens service traits.
5. Provide fast, friendly service, recommend items, and handle transactions including voids, refunds, and exchanges.
6. Maintain store cleanliness, organize merchandise, and assist with inventory and resets.
7. Ensure compliance with laws regarding regulated products and implement asset protection procedures.
8. Assist with food safety practices, stock rotation, and store systems.
9. Provide customer service in the photo area and handle web pick-up responsibilities.
10. Maintain store appearance and adhere to company policies and respectful coworker relationships.
11. Complete special assignments as needed.

Training & Personal Development

• Attend training sessions and complete required PPLs.
• Be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English (except in Puerto Rico).
• Work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Prefer 6 months of retail experience and prior Walgreens experience.
