The RoleAs a customer service representative, you will be the face of Gorilla Commerce and the first point of contact for our customers. You will handle inquiries and complaints via email, Amazon customer messaging and Walmart customer messaging, and provide solutions that exceed customer expectations. You will also help with order processing, product information, feedback collection, and issue resolution. You will work closely with other teams to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty and contribute to the overall success of Gorilla Commerce.What You’ll Do- Handle customer communications across Outlook, Amazon messaging and Walmart messaging
- Efficiently process refunds and returns on Amazon, Walmart and Shopify
- Maintain feedback collection tracker
- Process Amazon MCF orders
Skills & Qualifications- 2 to 3 years' experience with Amazon Seller Central
- Familiarity with Walmart Seller Center and Shopify
- Intermediate proficiency in Excel
- Competence in Microsoft suite, including Outlook, Teams, Excel, and Word
- Call Center and Chat experience a plus
- Ability to work Monday – Friday 8am – 12pm and Saturday and Sunday 6am – 2pm (Flexible options available)
This is a remote position
