Responsibilities
- Model and deliver a distinctive and delightful customer experience.
- Register sales accurately, provide courteous, fair, friendly, and efficient checkout service.
- Engage customers by greeting them, offering assistance, and resolving issues to ensure a positive experience.
- Share customer service best practices with team members, including interpersonal habits and Walgreens service traits.
- Recommend products and suggestive selling to customers.
- Handle transactions including voids, returns, refunds, and exchanges.
- Maintain store cleanliness, organize shelves, and manage inventory.
- Implement asset protection procedures to minimize loss.
- Ensure compliance with laws regarding regulated products.
- Construct and maintain displays, assist with store resets, and manage product placement.
- Provide photo services and manage web pick-up orders.
- Assist with store maintenance and uphold company policies.
- Complete assigned tasks and participate in training and development.
Qualifications
- Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English (except in Puerto Rico).
- Willing to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
- Prefer six months of retail experience and prior Walgreens experience.
