Responsibilities
  1. Models and delivers a distinctive and delightful customer experience.
  2. Registers sales on assigned cash register, provides courteous, fair, friendly, and efficient checkout service.
  3. Engages customers and patients by greeting them and offering assistance with products and services. Resolves customer issues and answers questions to ensure a positive experience.
  4. Models and shares customer service best practices with team members, including interpersonal habits and Walgreens service traits.
  5. Provides fast, friendly service, recommends items, and handles transactions including voids, refunds, and exchanges.
  6. Keeps the store clean and organized, manages inventory, and maintains records.
  7. Implements asset protection procedures and ensures compliance with laws regarding regulated products.
  8. Constructs and maintains displays, assists with product placement and stock rotation.
  9. Provides customer service in the photo area and assumes web pick-up responsibilities.
  10. Maintains store appearance and complies with company policies.
  11. Completes training and other tasks as assigned.
Qualifications
  1. Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English (except in Puerto Rico).
  2. Willing to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
  3. Prefer six months of retail experience and prior Walgreens experience.
