Responsibilities

1. Model and deliver a distinctive and delightful customer experience.
2. Register sales on assigned cash register, provide courteous, fair, friendly, and efficient checkout service.

Customer Experience

• Engage customers and patients by greeting them and offering assistance with products and services. Resolve customer issues and answer questions to ensure a positive experience.
• Share customer service best practices with team members, including interpersonal habits and Walgreens service traits.

Operations

• Provide courteous, friendly, and efficient service.
• Recommend items and suggest trade-up or companion products.
• Handle transactions, including voids, refunds, and exchanges.
• Maintain store cleanliness, organize merchandise, and assist with inventory and resets.
• Ensure compliance with laws regarding regulated products.
• Construct and maintain displays and assist with food and product placement policies.
• Operate store systems and equipment knowledgeably.
• Provide photo area services and assist with web pick-up orders.
• Assist with store maintenance and uphold company policies and respectful coworker relationships.
• Complete assigned tasks and special projects.

Training & Personal Development

• Attend training sessions and complete required PPLs.
• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English (except in Puerto Rico).
• Willing to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Prefer six months of retail experience and prior Walgreens experience.
