Family Dollar Stores Of South Carolina LLC seeks a Customer Service Associate in Marion, SC to deliver a great shopping experience. You will assist customers, process transactions, and help keep the store stocked and clean.

Responsibilities include unloading trucks, replenishing stock, maintaining safety and a friendly environment, while performing other duties as assigned. Part-time role with benefits and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Previous customer service experience in retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery, or drug store environment is highly preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents is required.
• Must lift 30–50 lbs and perform frequent walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, climbing, pushing and pulling.
• Excellent customer service and relationship management skills are required.
• Strong organizational and communication skills are required.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with questions and recommendations.
• Manage sales transactions while working assigned cash register.
• Maintain security of cash and protect company assets.
• Keep the store well-stocked and recover merchandise.
• Receive merchandise and help with unloading trucks, stock replenishment.
• Ensure a positive, safe, respectful environment with professional interactions.
• Maintain cleanliness throughout the store, including bathrooms, floors, and trash.
• Other duties as assigned.
