Lutheran SeniorLife, located in Monaca inside Beaver Valley Mall, is hiring a Customer Service Associate - Receptionist for a full-time schedule from 7:45 a.m. to 3:45 p.m. The role supports reception, customer service, and clerical tasks with a focus on positive communication and telephone operations.

The center emphasizes confidentiality, safety, and adherence to departmental policies as part of its services across western Pennsylvania.

Competenze

• High school diploma or GED.
• One year related experience and/or training.
• Working knowledge of computers, Microsoft Word and Excel.

Customer Service Associate - Receptionist

Customer Service Associate - Receptionist is responsible for supporting reception, customer service, and clerical needs of the center. This shall include all duties related to job tasks as assigned by the manager and includes positive communication/interaction (problem solving) and telephone operations. Adheres to company's administrative and departmental policies and procedures including but not limited to safety and confidentiality.

Qualifications

Customer Service Associate - Receptionist qualifications include:

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
• One year related experience and/or training.
• Working knowledge of computers, Microsoft Word and Excel required.
