Lutheran SeniorLife in Zelienople, PA is seeking a Unit Clerk for a full-time daytime schedule from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. The role focuses on medical records management, transcription of physician orders, and routine scheduling while supporting nursing units.

Responsibilities

• Order supplies for Nursing Units and/or Personal Care.
• Prepare, compile and maintain medical records adequately and in a timely manner.
• Transcribe physician orders per policy.
• Schedule and prepare for routine physician visits as assigned, including consults.
• Debridement of medical records, organize charts to go to offsite storage

Rates start at $16.99 per hour.
