Job summary

Laundry Capital, founded in 1996, operates Laundromax and Clean Rite Centers across the U.S. The Nostrand Ave location in Brooklyn seeks a part-time, in-person Customer Service Associate who helps keep the store clean, safe, and welcoming.

You will assist customers with laundry card use, machine selection and wash-and-fold orders, operate the register, stock retail items, and report maintenance or safety issues to a supervisor.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service or retail experience preferred.
• Ability to communicate professionally with customers and associates.
• Must stand for up to 8+ hours per shift and lift up to 35 pounds.
• Flexible schedule, including overnight hours.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with laundry card use, machine selection, purchases, and wash-and-fold orders.
• Operate register or point-of-sale system accurately.
• Maintain stock of retail items and keep the store neat.
• Report maintenance or safety issues to a supervisor and follow safety practices.
