Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide prompt, friendly customer service by greeting customers and learning their names.
• Weigh postal packages, run mail through meters, and process various mail types.
• Sell money orders, checks, hunting and fishing licenses, and process refunds.
• Assist customers at registers and maintain a clean, organized work area.
• Answer telephone and use intercom, maintain hygiene and dress standards.
• Work with team to ensure customer satisfaction.
